High-Speed Automatic Unwind

Our innovative "no-bounce" bump roll is constructed from graphite composite material. This is integrated with a special alloy knife holder which is stronger than steel yet ligher than aluminum. The resulting splice system is fast-firing with repeatable bump roll/knife cycle times. All of this is mounted in the industry's only cushioning system for the ultimate in high-speed splicing. Line speeds of up to 3000 fpm are achievable. 

Also available is on-the-fly changeover from over mode to under mode. No downtime!
